Peugeot 308

June 2014

Peugeot 308, awarded as European Car of the Year 2014, debuted at Frankfurt Motor Show in 2013.

The new Peugeot 308, a stylish hatchback, has all of the essential characteristics which are needed in the C-segment, think of a spacious interior and a large boot. Just like its predecessor, the Peugeot 307 European Car of the Year 2002, it was judged on several criteria like design, comfort, safety, environmental requirements, driver satisfaction and many more. The car has an audacious and modern look and when inside the car, one discovers a world of refined style.

The designers and engineers have thought about technical innovation and value for money. Peugeot 308 has compact dimensions and reduced weight by 140kg thanks to the usage of aluminum and high-strength steel. Its driving experience is top-class and it has particularly low CO2 emissions. The tinted panoramic glass roof reduces the transmission of solar energy and offers unbelievable levels of visibility and brightness for all the occupants. Many car parts of the Peugeot 308 are manufactured in France, most glazing and even the canopy are supplied by Saint-Gobain Sekurit.
